To the friends and family of the late Mr. Taylor I do extend my condolences. Losing a love one in death is always painful and difficult to cope with. It often raises many questions like, does death end it all? Are the dead forgotten forever?
Well thankfully the Bible has given us comforting answers to those questions. John 5 : 28,29 shows that the dead are not forgotten. It says, " Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice 29 and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life, and those who practiced vile things to a resurrection of judgment". God remembers the dead, those who are in his memory will come back to life.
Acts 24 : 15 says " And I have hope toward God, which hope these men also look forward to, that there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous". Billions will be brought back to life with the hope of living forever in an abundance of peace. These and many other promises are found in the Bible. They help to gave us comfort and hope for the future.
