To the family of Evelyn Osborne please accept my condolences. You would not know me but I wanted to send a note of comfort to her family.
When we lose a loved one in death it can affect us in a way we can hardly describe, its like a void in our hearts. Millions around the world have found comfort in God's word, while not removing the pain altogether, it can surely give us hope. For example, we read at Ecclesiastes chapter 9 and verses 5, 6 it say " For the living know that they will die, but the dead know nothing at all, nor do they have any more reward, because all memory of them is forgotten. Also, their love and their hate and their jealousy have already perished, and they no longer have any share in what is done under the sun." Many find comfort in this verse because they are sure their love ones is not suffering pain, they are now unconscious.
Are there any hope of seeing them again Acts 24:15 there is going to be a resurrection, so it is possible to be reunited with our loved ones again right here on earth, but of course under much better conditions.
I am enclosing a brief video in that regard. https://www.jw.org/en/publications/videos/intros-for-the-ministry/is-there-hope-for-the-dead-intro/#?insight[search_id]=c638b09a-995b-4f39-bf0c-c99c7888355f&insight[search_result_index]=0
