Please, accept my deep condolences for your loss.In times like these words are not enough to say exactly what we feel, but soon death will be a thing of the past.We read at Revelations 21;4, And he {God} will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be any more. The former things have passed away. Many who believe in the God of the Bible are enpowered to cope, and so can you, give it a chance and embrace the hope of seeing your loved one again. The Bible gives the assurance that our loved ones are not suffering in any way and God will ressurect them all. please visit our Bible base website at www.jw.org and watch the video entitled, The Hope For The Dead.and many other related videos and publications. At this time let God be your friend, you could have no better friend. Provebs 17:17 states, A true friend shows love at all times. And is a brother who is born for times of distress. Let God be your personal friend, tell him how you feel, talk to him , he will patiently listen to you without questioning. Talk to those around you about how you feel, some may have gone through what you are going through right now and may have expeirances that will help you cope and if you should feel to cry then, just cry.Ecclesiastes 3:1 says, There is an appointed time for everythiny. A time for every activity under the heavens. And that means, crying to .Trust in God always, read your Bible as often as you can and meditate on the things you are learning, pray constantly for comfort and strength and, hope. Please, stay safe.

When I was a child in San Fernando, I heard about Paul Selwyn Tilluckdharry as an inspiring young man. My family spoke of his determination to improve himself in the early '60's. He studied hard in Ireland and realized his dream to be a medical doctor. My older sister once mentioned to him that he was so handsome and debonair, to which he replied: "You really think so?" and he laughed with glee. The final chapter of Paul's book has been written and his journey into eternity has begun. May he rest in peace.

In 1961, my father, Lawrence Nanan, traveled to England to study. On board the ship was a young man, also from south Trinidad, who was traveling to Ireland to study medicine. This young man was Paul Tilluckdharry. They struck up a friendship. Upon their arrival in London, Paul's pocket was picked. My father lent him some money and they proceeded on to their final destinations. Paul informed his father of the incident, and his father went to my mother in Santa Flora and repaid the loan. A friendship that spanned almost half a century resulted from the intersection of the lives of these two families. As my father approached the end of his life, it was Dr. Tilluckdharry who cared for him, allowing him to die peacefully at home. For this, we are forever grateful.
To Dr. Tilluckdharry's family, the family of Lawrence Nanan extends our sincere condolences. This world was truly blessed by his presence.
Dr. Denyse Nanan
