To the family and loved ones of Nora Phillip, please accept my condolences.
Death was never part of our creator's purpose for mankind and hence we were never meant to bear this pain. However, He promises to reunite us with our love ones again at a time when death and suffering will be no more.
This is promised at Revelation 21:4
"And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away"
So continue to take comfort in this hope
