"He will swallow up death forever..." these are the words of our heavenly Father Jehovah God at Isaiah 25:8. Please accept my sympathy on the death of your beloved 'Fitzroy'. Death is something that we can never get accustom to or come to terms with, it was not a part of God's original plan for humankind to die. Why then do we die and does God's purpose for mankind still stand?
Romans 5:12 "That is why, just as through one man sin entered into the world and death through sin, and so death spread to all men because they had all sinned." Because of the obedience of our first parent Adam we are all now faced with an inherited sinful & imperfect human body that at some point dies.
Acts 24:15 "There is going to be resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous." Psalm 37:29 "The righteous will possess the earth, and they will live forever on it."
